1. Bathrooms were in fair condition with visible mold in the shower area and poor quality towels.

3. The location is great and convenient to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, etc. We had a very large, clean room with a nice balcony (which faced the street and was a bit noisy with the doors opened), however, our shower was disgusting.

4. Overall, we would definitely stay there again, but if we got a room with a disgusting shower again, we would definitely have to request that someone clean it (which we probably should have done on this stay, but oh well.
