Now the cons: remote in room was broken, ice maker on our floor was broken, light between beds didn't work, both chairs in room had broken arms (you couldn't tell until you sat in the them), tile in shower had mildew in spots, elevator was very hot, carpet in the room had been vacuumed but it was stained and gross.

3. The room itself was shop worn with frayed carpet, a semi-dysfunctional shower curtain, a mottled and stained bathroom ceiling, small and very thin towels and thin but clean sheets.
