1. Went back down to the lobby with my friend and said we had to get out of this place and my friend talked with the clerk and after 20 min he made a stack of keys and said to follow him.

2. It has a wonderful lobby, the breakfast choices are wonderful, and the bed linens were clean, so we'll probably use this hotel again if we have to go back to Columbus next year.

3. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were watching a loud soap opera that was playing in the lobby and all the chairs in the lobby were turned over on top of the tables as though cleaning.

6. We decided that we could not stay in this place so we went to the lobby and asked to check out and we were informed that we could leave but if we wanted a reciept we could come back in the morning and there would be no refunds and if we did not leave immediately they were calling the cops.

7. I called the front desk to ask for extra pillows and was told by an attendant to come down to the lobby to get them (we were already dressed for bed).
