1. Filthy carpet, questionable cleanliness of bedspreads and shower curtain.

2. Yes, it was of concern, however, wear flip flops, pull off the bedspread (we usually do anyway), and subtle movements while showering resolved those issues.

9. The only complaints that I have about the Fitz is that the water pressure in the shower is really bad and you could hear people talking from the neighboring rooms but that would not stop me from staying here again.
