2. The way I look at it is that since they are not as grandeose they have to try harder to get the clients in the door and make you feel welcome at a fraction of the cost of staying and playing on the strip; take the local transit to where you want to go but everything is very close to this hotel for anything you need rather than walking 4 blocks to reach your next (hotel/casino) destination.

6. Catch it at level zero, it costs $2, takes about an hour to get downtown (give or take - one time it took me 40 minutes, another time a little more than an hour - plan on 90 minutes and you should be fine).
