1. The bathroom had a small flat screen TV, nice tile work, great shower, separate tub, two sinks and of course a toilet.

4. Need Improvement: Glass shower doors leak a lot of water into the bathroom (we were told by other owners that they ALL leak); the free continental breakfast is not substantial enough for people who are going out to ski all day - even a Hampton Inn offers more than the Grand Hyatt in this regard; the shuttle service to the other ski mountains is limited - you have to sign up each morning for one of the seats on the van and agree in advance to a specific time for the return trip; the TV remote control/cable box requires an engineering degree to decipher; need more lighting in the rooms - ours was quite dark at night with only 2 lamps in the whole place.

6. gourmet kitchens, marble and granite countertops and floors, stone entryways, cozy fireplaces, steam shower and jetted tub, twice-daily housekeeping service etc.--I felt WELL taken care of to say the least.

7. From the in-room steam showers, to the heated pool deck, to the beautiful views we had of downtown Aspen, this resort is top notch in all aspects.
