1. As the Hyatt website shows, there is a $25 resort fee, but this covers breakfast, wireless internet, and other features including incredibly nice valets who would drive us anywhere in town (and I think they would pick you up and drop you off at the airport if desired).

3. I figure four nights at Hyatt Grand Aspen more than made up for our annual fee and we still have another week and four nights left for this year.
