You must be able bodied because your sleeping loft is up a flight of stairs but what a cool place it is: dormer windows looking out on the city and showing you only sky when you go to bed unless you close the blinds; Scandinavian style furnishings in a generous room with a really large closet and pleasant bathroom but no tub.
