The smell is horrific, we stayed on the 20th floor & our room smelled like sewer & death, our carpet was so dirty it turned our socks black, the bathroom had mold growing everywhere & the tub was stained yellow, the a/c leaked water all over the carpet, the window was broken & we could not close it.

4. When we finally went up to our room it looked a little cleaner exept the floors were in dire need of a vacuming, the toilet ran all night, the AC was very noisy and the bath tub plugged up.

5. The bathroom was very small and dirty,the drain was backed up so when you showered the tub filled up with water ,pillows were like pancakes,ceilings were dirty mold in bathroom.

WE checked into our room, in the Hall, meld, like mildew Carpets, when we got into the room?the sink and Bath tub was pluged, when we told them about it, dident seem to care One of the cleaning personal, was in the room at 8PM at nite, when hubby got in room, told her to get out!when we complained about it, they dident dooo any thing about it.
