1. The new cafe and grill was a joke--they're wasting so much good usable space by not using the old diner--and they don't even have any type of buffet offered for dinner; just breakfast.

2. I highly reccomend Main Street Station for their Breakfast Buffet, a block from the Plaza, and the Prime Rib Dinner at The Golden Gate, across the street from the Plaza.
