1. Not a big deal though and a on a couple of days we just swapped dirty towels for clean ones because we didn't really need a room cleaning.

4. We had our rooms serviced every day, what they called 'light housekeeping' - i.e. made beds, emptied bins, replaced used towels - which was more than enough.
