1. The rooms are runned down, the bathroom towels were not only hard, but frayed and in dire need of replacement.

4. We were also very close to many great hotels, banks, etc. We did have difficulty one day when we returned to our room after being gone all day to find that as of 5PM the room still had not been cleaned, no fresh towels, bed not made.
