1. The breakfast was lovely and they also have a snack bar at the entrance that sells drinks, crips, chocolate bars, ice-cream etc. Another thing I noticed were the soft towels - unusual for a hotel that has to wash them so much.

3. However major issue was discovering towels left by hotel staff in bathroom was very dirty only to be accused by staff of being the ones to stain towels.
