Check your receipts-I complained to credit card company-Crowne Plaza sent faxed report to credit card company-they forwarded it to me-erroneous info regarding my stay AND someone's initials -not my signature-billing dispute currently being reviewed by credit card company--rooms are a good size-water hot this time, plenty towels-Target, Starbucks, even Verizon-TD Bank in close proximity-lighting needs to be improved in the hallways-it's too dark and gloomy-.
