1. The only fault I find with this hotel was the workout room was super small, and only had a few pieces of equipment (I needed to workout after all of the eating I was doing) and the fact that it was kinda far from the city, but out shuttle driver Tone pointed out where we would probably want to visit and even gave us tips on the nightlife.

2. If you don't order your passes online, the hotel has a shuttle that runs to the transit station & other areas, you book the shuttle at a table inside hotel entrance.

3. My wedding guests were in their lobby since 12:30 for a wedding that started at 5:30pm and at 4:30 when the shuttle began transporting guests to the reception site (a shuttle I arranged on my own since they don`t provide that service), my family was still not able to get dressed and in the hotel lobby being yelled at by the staff.
