1. The two we did get into were dirty, smelled of mildew/mold, no towels, tvs didn't work, air didn't work, no trash can in one, garbage in another one.

4. Roaches, dirty towels, filthy floors, dirty sheets and pillows, live and dead roaches in the room, hair from previous guests (victims) all over the bathroom and in the bathtub, constant noise from the freeway that`s right next to the 'hotel'.

5. i witnessed the 'cleaner' doing one of the rooms, horrible hard carpet was bein swept rather than hoovered or disinfected like it needed!bed linen was old hard and uncomfortable, i dread to think, i slept on the bed with clothed on wrapped in my own towel.

Did not feel safe at all had to put the suitcases against the door for fear of someone breaking in also we had to sleep on our own beach towels because the bed was not clean, and there was not much chance of getting a good nights sleep because of the freeway outside our room, I would not reccommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy.

8. The sheets don't fit the beds, we had to go get our own towels because there were none in the room, the ice didn't work, bad cable reception, etc. As we took the shuttle back everyone had a complaint.
