6. There were always fresh towel waitng on a cart,nice touch :)The only thing that can use some tweeking is the restaurant, the one male who was running around trying to do everything himself looked miserable.

9. On a good note, the maids were very keen, coming in everyday to clean and provide us with fresh towels which is a bonus, something you don't get in most places.
