1. The maid for that day was great because since I had a dog and needed to leave she was doing another room and stopped to come and clean the garbage and put clean towels in my room.

2. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially when the housekeeping staff mistakenly took a personal towel we had brought.

3. The next day the housekeepers searched through the dirty towels and was able to find it, laundered it for us, and returned it before we checked out the next day.
