1. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the hotel itself was immaculate and the room/suite was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with assisting guests who were traveling from overseas: helping them locate a scale to weigh suitcases, looking up airline weight restrictions, etc. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly and the food was well-prepared and maintained throughout the breakfast hours.
