1. We had to actually go to the front desk and ask for clean towels-(that we didn't use) again we went out and purchased our own towels.

5. Then allocated room 125 on the ground floor which reeked of stale smoke,no towels,electrical wiring in a dangerous state,arching as they touched.

It's in a run down and shady area, the room had unwashed sheets with stains and hair on them, it smelled of mold and stale smoke, the carpet was so nasty I didn't remove my shoes, the threadbare towels felt like sandpaper, the pool was a 2 feet deep slime pit, I could go on and on about this wretched pit of a hotel.
