4. the maid staff did not know english and tended to be rather rude, asking for clean towels or a trash can for the room was like pulling teeth!the breakfast was pretty ok you could makw waffles, they had toast, muffins, milk juice and apples or bananas.

7. Entering the lobby Saturday night I found it completely swamped by an inch of water, wall to wall, and employees trying to clean it up with brooms and room towels.
