1. I had stayed at the Renaissance (the Best Western is next door) two years ago and was familiar with the local amenities across the street - great restaurants and shopping, but wanted a less expensive room cost.

2. rooms were big,baths were clean,internet was fast, breakfast was good and hot,free coffee/drinks in the day,small gift shop,a mexican restaurant next door,big shopping area and food joints (many) just across the street,taxis available , free shuttle ,helpful staff, coin laundry,free computers +printer.

When you travel across the globe from India to Denver Colorado you are completely lost unless you find a Hotel like Best western Denver Hotel where each employee greets you with smile, serve you full breakfast in the morning, shuttle service and great direction to local attractions, restaurants, malls, movie theatre etc.I sincerely enjoyed my stay in Denver and appreciate every employee from front desk reception, housekeeping staff, shuttle drivers.

PROS: free shuttle to airport and downtown - i had a rental car and did not usevery nice breakfast - eggs, waffles, pancakes, meat (bacon or sausage)lots of space to eat breakfast or sit and have coffee/meet later in dayrooms were clean and had fridge + microwaveextended tv channels (i hate when a hotel has only a few channels)easy access to highwaylots of shops and restaurants across the street.
