1. The bathroom was immaculate and spacious, with lovely towels and excellent water pressure in the shower.

2. Full kitchen w/ dishwasher, three phones, three TV's, individual thermostat in each suite, big, fluffy towels.

3. Room service differs depending on the lenght of your stay, so they do not come every day, but you will be never short of towels, or things like that.

As previously mentioned, reception said housekeeping only 'straightened up' the room, but they actually made bed, replaced towels, did some easy cleaning, etc. Didn't wash my dishes, but I can hardly blame them ;-) Reception generally friendly and helpful (when I couldn't get the printer to work one day, the receptionist offered her workstation for a quick print job).

5. The room on the surface appeared decent, but it's hard to overlook the following: sticky kitchenette floor; sticky and dusty bathroom floor; torn couch skirt (more like shredded, it looked as though the maids continuously catch it in their vacuum); a bathroom curtain which smelled like mildew; no tv in the second bedroom; no extra blankets or pillows; and towels with marker stains on them.

6. But the staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful - and every we request we made for extra towels, pillows, restaurant and grocery store recommendations, maintenance for a hair dryer that died - were immediately addressed.

7. Depending on the length of your stay, on some days you get full housekeeping and on others 'light' housekeeping where I think they're supposed to just make the bed and change towels.

8. My overall impression of the property, from the worn faux-oak laminated stairway railings, to the vinyl tub insert, to the small scratchy towels, to the lopsided kitchenette burners on my stove, says 'motel' not 'moderate tier apartment-style extended stay property.

9. The maid staff gave us extra towels and supplies because we were still in the room, and came back to clean after we left the room.

10. There is limited housekeeping service, but the usual towel, soap, etc., replenishment is done on a daily basis, and I suspect that if I had any further requirements the friendly staff would have gladly supplied them.
