4. Depending on the length of your stay, on some days you get full housekeeping and on others 'light' housekeeping where I think they're supposed to just make the bed and change towels.

As previously mentioned, reception said housekeeping only 'straightened up' the room, but they actually made bed, replaced towels, did some easy cleaning, etc. Didn't wash my dishes, but I can hardly blame them ;-) Reception generally friendly and helpful (when I couldn't get the printer to work one day, the receptionist offered her workstation for a quick print job).

6. There is limited housekeeping service, but the usual towel, soap, etc., replenishment is done on a daily basis, and I suspect that if I had any further requirements the friendly staff would have gladly supplied them.
