Torn dirty carpeting, curtains hanging off the rod, no middle panel so up with the sun and no privacy, dirty towels, rude and uncaring staff except for the maintenance man who came up to fix the lamp and told me not to use the pool as they tried to keep it clean but stuff blows off the roof and it isn' really clean and the drains don't work right.

6. The front desk was confrontational, the pool was closed because of 'bacteria', housekeeping didn't wear uniforms (street clothes) and they refused to provide extra towels, I was afraid to get in the elevator because it would get stuck between floors and the rooms were not clean.

7. Forced us to pay an additional $20/night to have 4 guest in a room (presumably to cover additional towels however we never received them).
