6. the location of the hotel was horrable the area that the hotel was in was bad on top of that there were bums on every block beging for money and digging threw the hotels trash i strongly recommend not staying here for a night and i think the price is what attracts people to stay at the hotel i leave you with this advice if you are in downtown cincinnati OH ill save you the trouble and spend the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

7. We complained about our horrible ordeal to the general manager when we checked out Monday morning, and she profoundly apologized, but said she couldn't do anything to reduce our rate/refund our money since we had booked through Expedia.
