1. The towels are almost impossibly thin and somewhat rough.

2. No maids, clean up service, etc. So if you need clean towels, you have to turn in the old for new at the front desk.

5. e towels, rags, etc. The carpet was horrible, the bedspread had a hole in it from a cigarette burn, and the couch was dirty and stained.

7. I have no complaints about the Hotel (oh except that there weren't enough towels in the bathroom) -Anyway I enjoyed the kitchenette and the kindness of the employees.

9. My only complaints are we got a non-smoking room and still smelled like smoke in the room and especially in the hallway and there were only 2 towels in the bathroom and they were stained and looked dirty.
