4. When we asked for some room freshner, the maid came and handed us a bottle of industrial spray to do it ourselves, (great service, huh?).

5. no swimming pool our air conditioner went out it was 110 degrees had to be completely replaced do not have made service and does not allow late check out.

8. No maids, clean up service, etc. So if you need clean towels, you have to turn in the old for new at the front desk.
