1. Tuseday when we left the room I forget and left the don't disturb sign up so when I got back to the room I seen the housekeeper and said that day we didn't really need it cleaned just needed extra towels, the housekeeper gave them to me.

7. Rooms are basic and clean, The bathroom has a hairdryer, decent toiletries; the towels were functional, not plush.

8. We came back around 7pm and my husband stayed downstairs and I went up to put stuff away and rest for a little bit, when I opened the door noticed the towels were still in the bathroom floor and the bed was not made.

10. Bad Things: the desk staff, even the Concierge were very rude; we only had two bath towels in our room; the toilet ran for two days, we reported it twice and no one fixed it; no refrigerator or coffeemaker in the room; extra charge for internet.
