1. The paint is chipped/scraped all over the room, and the bathroom towels are very rough/scratchy.

7. As we were leaving the room my wife lifted a towel that housekeeping has just delivered and there it was a bed bug, this instantly upset my wife and put her on edge.

8. On Saturday, our room was not cleaned even though we left the room around 11:30am and we made sure the privacy sign was not on the door, nothing of ours was on the bed, and our dirty towels were in a pile on the floor.
