2. ' 3:00 is a goal, but not a promise, and if someone in your room got a late check out or there is some other reason, well then you're out of luck and will have to wait 'until it's ready.

5. At check out, the bell men were the opposite of helpful - we waited at our car for 20 minutes for them to wheel out our luggage, and then got dirty looks for not tipping the second bellman (we tipped the guy who picked up our luggage from the room).
