1. There was a good supply of towels provided upon check-in; we used them twice before leaving them on the floor for replacement.

4. The outdoor pool was a genuine WARM temp, and the Jacuzzi a very HOT and relaxing temp, that would keep anyone warm on a winters night, and YES very clean, no shortage of towels either.
