I would have rated this hotel 'Poor' except I felt the staff did try to help where they could, giving me a credit (which I asked for) for the one night with no hot water, equal to the difference between a jacuzzi and a non-jacuzzi room Still, I wouldn't stay here again or anywhere near Disneyland where you walk into the room directly from the parking lot, which I feel was a major contributor to the dirty carpets.
