1. Housekeeping, although it clearly states in the brochure that for nightly guests a daily towel change, garbage removal and light cleaning will be performed daily, none of this was done on either the second or third night of our stay.
"So close and yet so far. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/30/2012 Vote
2. House keeping: Once a week clean and daily freshening for towels and garbage pick up worked well.
"Just OK - won't be at the top of our list next time " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/9/2012 Vote
3. Nice absorbent towels.

4. We were a bit confused about room cleaning - only towels replaced and garbage emptied on a daily basis, total room cleaning on Tuesday with change of sheets, dishwasher started, etc. Having to be out by 10 a.m. seemed a bit early with check in at 4pm.
"Very relaxing girls' week... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/15/2011 Vote
5. Fresh, warm towels are available at the towel hut along with another drink cabana.
"Seriously can't imagine staying anywhere else in San Antonio! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/21/2010 Vote
6. If you plan to stay at the lazy river most of the day, I suggest heading down there around 7 am, when they open the river, and 'reserving' a cabana with towels, beach bag, etc. They are occupied each day on a first-come, first-served basis, and it's wonderful to have some cover when the Texas heat reaches 100 degrees plus, as it did every day we were there in July-August.
"Always a great time at Wild Oak! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/4/2011 Vote
7. So, save yourself the sales pitch, forget the stingy towel tickets, splash in a much cooler pool at one of the amusement parks and stay somewhere else.
"Sorry, but I wasn't impressed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/16/2011 Vote
8. Cleaning service - have daily trash and towel pick-up.
"Nice Experience! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/17/2011 Vote
9. We went out early in the morning and placed our towels, etc. in a cabana so we could have a hammock cabana but honestly the place seemed so uncrowded (despite a parking lot full of cars?) that I don't think it would've been a problem to get a cabana at peak times.

10. The pools also have basketball, volleyball and noodles/floaties available at the towel house.
"You should definitely go here! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/7/2010 Vote
