1. We had been there 3 days and finally complained to the front desk- we need our room cleaned and fresh towels.

4. The nice thing about a hotel versus a condo - you get fresh towels from the front desk daily, just sign them out, and you get unlimited amounts of ice.

5. The cleaning crew came through regularly each day, but the hotel has what is a common policy now, which is if you leave your towels up, you are not asking for them to be cleaned, only if they are on the floor.
