HOWEVER, the place was completely clean, the bed was comfortable (got a great night's sleep), the A/C worked well once you had it on for a while, it was located right on the beach, there were plenty of restaurants nearby (one located right at the hotel, but we didn't go there) and they had a computer with free internet access by the check-in desk.

9. I used a driver's license and a credit card to check in and he is asking me my name because when I gave him my room number he is telling me ' I can't help you because I don't know your name'.
