1. The staff is not friendly, There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room, the towels looked dingy and gray from over use, breakfast was almost completely gone when we went (they never restocked the food items), only 2 ice machines worked, and the carpet was filthy.

2. The carpet throughout the hotel looked really old, worn and dirty and the gym was a closet with two treadmills (One of which was broken) and no towels to use.

3. 1 of 2 elevator cars was broken, wifi was down, towels are threadbare and discolored, and we had to get the room keys reactivated several times over a 4 night stay.

4. One bar of soap for both shower and sink, thin worn-out small bath towels, mini bottles of shampoo, etc. When we arrived at front portico, saw irrigation system spraying all over the building and drive, instead of watering vegetation.

6. Our only complaints are that the towels in our room were almost threadbare, and the a/c in the sleep number room had a fan that circulated on and off all night, keeping us awake for the better part of the night no matter what we did to try to shut it off.
