8. On our last day I spoke with the general manager of our dissatisfaction with the original room assignment especially in comparison to a similarly priced suite on the same property.

9. ) The suite had a full kitchen (not 5 star by a long shot) and a very small sitting room; we realized it was a wheelchair accessible accommodation which was not something we required, and was a less optimal floor plan for us.
