1. I booked a deluxe king suite, we were given a regualr king because they're system generated the wrong reservation even though my confirmation clearly says deluxe king suite and I called the day before and confirmed it with the front desk.

2. As you walk into the hotel room theres the sink on the left (im in the king suite) on that floor laid the remains of a person pubic hair they had shaved off and let fall to the floor.
