3. The first night we arrived we were assigned a room, went to the room opened the door to find one bed unmade as if someone had just gotten out of it scared our girls to death to the point they did not want to stay at the hotel.

4. As a "GREEN" initative for saving resources, you can put down a card on your pillow so housekeeping will simply make the bed and without having to change your sheets.
