Traveled for a wedding-free parking-fairly secure-well lit parking lot-park as close to the front as possible-TGIF shares parking with hotel-room not bad-I noticed a few changes-much nicer front desk!staff more friendly:) extra added touches of a free martini from bar(voucher) lemonade/punch in lobby-a little trouble with the lock on door-wouldn't open.

9. Check your receipts-I complained to credit card company-Crowne Plaza sent faxed report to credit card company-they forwarded it to me-erroneous info regarding my stay AND someone's initials -not my signature-billing dispute currently being reviewed by credit card company--rooms are a good size-water hot this time, plenty towels-Target, Starbucks, even Verizon-TD Bank in close proximity-lighting needs to be improved in the hallways-it's too dark and gloomy-.

10. my room changed with no problem-a perfectly good stay until I checked out-My credit card was billed TWICE.
