The cigarrete smell was terrible so i was given another room the best person there who is a front desk clerk, but the real problem started when i checked out and about two hours later i realized that i had forgotten my $100.00 set of personal pillows, and imeidiatelly called the hotel!that was friday afternon and today is sunday and the only answer i got was that they redirected my cellphone to a central service that ultimatelly didnt do anything.
