2. I almost complained but notice the sign to pick up fresh towels at the front desk, which are extremely friendly and accommodating.

3. Ok so what did that include, a room with a kitchen, a queen bed, and you were allowed to get new towels but you had to go downstairs to the reception area and ask for it.

The person who greeted us at the front desk was rude and seemed as if he was bothered by questions asked regarding hotel policies etc. He was however very quick to tell us that we must throw out our own trash, bring towels to the lobby 'if ' we wanted new ones and purchase our own soap once the complimentry one was finished.
