9. It's older than I imagined, it needs a little of maintenance and rooms and pool updating ; however, the beach is very nice, the food is good and I think it's the best option for that price at North Beach.

10. The price is very reasonable and is close to the mall, restaurants, etc. I Highly recommend this hotel if you dont want to expend a lot of money and are not planning to stay all day in the room.
