1. The hotel is directly on the beach in a great part of Sunny Isles and a great place to go for walks on the beach.

2. We booked this hotel for a little stay in miami after our vacations in orlando, to catch a little of sun and beach, in that way the hotel was wonderfull, rigth on the beach, calm, perfect to relax and really close to nice restaurants, pharmacies, and of course to aventura mall.

3. It's older than I imagined, it needs a little of maintenance and rooms and pool updating ; however, the beach is very nice, the food is good and I think it's the best option for that price at North Beach.
