1. room smelled of more then disinfectant.

6. I've never seen a hotel where guests didn't have total control of their AC and heat in the room before.

7. The temperature was uncomfortable one way or the other most of the time I was in the room.

8. So at night it was hot in the room until I got them to turn on the AC and it had time to work and in the mornings it was cold since the outside temperature had dropped lower and I'd have to call the front desk to turn on the heat and wait for it to start working.
