5. So at night it was hot in the room until I got them to turn on the AC and it had time to work and in the mornings it was cold since the outside temperature had dropped lower and I'd have to call the front desk to turn on the heat and wait for it to start working.

6. The front desk staff didn't answer the phone multiple times either and I had to go down to the front desk physically to ask them to do something about the AC or heat.
