4. The staff is not friendly, There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room, the towels looked dingy and gray from over use, breakfast was almost completely gone when we went (they never restocked the food items), only 2 ice machines worked, and the carpet was filthy.

5. I also selected this place due to it's gym (which is an absolute joke - if you are looking for a small room with three antiquated machines that don't even work, this is your place) and the pools are dirty and not very inviting.

10. Our only complaints are that the towels in our room were almost threadbare, and the a/c in the sleep number room had a fan that circulated on and off all night, keeping us awake for the better part of the night no matter what we did to try to shut it off.
