1. Bottom line: a terrible design that puts any room next to the icemaker (which is positioned on the bedroom wall) and a mechanical closet that has a noticable ambient noise at all times.

3. Both rooms had closets, dressers, AC units and LCD TV's, although I couldn't only find one remote control between the two TV's and it's batteries were drained.
