1. We booked our room 2 months in advance but on arrival we were told it wasn't available (presumably it had been given to someone else), so they chose to give us a room close to the interstate (and when I say 'close' I mean 30yds away).

4. My room was on the opposite side of the interstate and it was nice to see the view of the mountains as the sun went down.
